Foundation for Shared Impact’s annual mentorship program for ethnically diverse entrepreneurs is open for recruitment!
We are looking for mentors and mentees from diverse backgrounds running social businesses (both not-for-profit & for-profit) in HK.
Through a series of high-quality mentoring and coaching, training, and workshops, FSI will assist entrepreneurs to build their capacity, develop personal and professional skills, and to scale their businesses.

Important Dates
We will review the applications on a rolling basis and will invite all applicants for a short interview (via call), so we recommend you to apply earlier than later. The mentors and mentees selection will be announced by 28 August 2023.
Please note that priorities may be given to registrants coming from ethnically diverse and under-resourced backgrounds in Hong Kong.
Learn more about the program and ask any questions you may have. At this event, you will be able to meet and mingle with the 2022 cohort of mentors and mentees and also their supporters.
11am-1pm at The University of Hong Kong

All the current-cohort mentors will gather for a two-part training and onboarding session to build the personal and technical skills essential to becoming a good mentor. This training workshop is mandatory for all mentors.
10am – 3.30pm (including lunch break) at The University of Hong Kong
Program launch event for the entire cohort of mentors, mentees, coaches, and other supporters of the program to meet and greet.
10am-12pm at The University of Hong Kong
Design Thinking, Ideation, and Goal-setting workshop for the mentees to set SMART goals for the Mentorship Program period and beyond, under the guidance of the mentors and coaches.
10am-12pm at The University of Hong Kong
All current-cohort mentors and mentees will be given priority access to attend the diverse business workshops that FSI will co-host with corporate professionals. For example, a legal clinic session with pro-bono lawyers, a pitching practice session, a funding and financing training, and digital marketing workshop.

A mid-point check-in gathering for the cohort members to share their progress and exchange their learnings.

A wrap-up event for the cohort to come together to share their achievements, exchange feedback, and network with other entrepreneurs and supporters interested in further contributing to the community.
