Board Director Training

Equipping individuals with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to lead effective for-profit and/or not-for-profit boards

Our Board Director Training introduces corporate professionals and leaders in the social impact space to the core concepts and theories of board governance.

Through a combination of interactive live lectures, case study discussions, and contemplative self-paced study, our Board Director Training cultivates effective leaders in the private and social impact sectors in Hong Kong and beyond. A CPT/CPD accredited by The Law Society of Hong Kong, our Board Director Training is taught by award-winning HKU professors and trusted by multinational firms.

Over the past years, our Board Director Training has equipped corporate professionals with the necessary knowledge to join nonprofit boards and enabled social impact leaders to build and enhance their boards of directors.

Mentors Training

Training individuals to empower others through effective mentorship

We offer training to the mentor entrepreneurs of our annual Mentorship Program for Ethnically Diverse Entrepreneurs to equip them with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to help aspiring entrepreneurs grow as individuals and entrepreneurs.
